A vital element to ensuring the smooth running and continued success of the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival is our Volunteer Programme. Each year, film enthusiasts of all ages, occupations and nationalities, generously commit to staffing various departments and venues for the festival period.

The dedication and ever increasing levels of enthusiasm are key to maintaining JDIFF’s status as Ireland’s Premier film event. Volunteering is a fantastic way to experience the cinematic celebration that the festival brings to Dublin each year, and it presents a wonderful opportunity to gain firsthand experience into how an event of this scale is managed and organised. It also offers the magnificent prospect of seeing films that may never be exhibited on these shores again as well as forming contacts and friendships with fellow film aficionados.

Volunteer teams work predominantly on the front line in our venues, but can also be found staffing the ticketing office, production and hospitality departments.

So, if you love film, and have the availability then we would invite you to join in the adventure and help us celebrate one of Ireland’s leading cultural events.

THE CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR JDIFF 2013 IS NOW CLOSED, MANY THANKS TO ALL WHO APPLIED.
